Products and prices
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Product pages describe the letter, materials, approximate dimensions, finish and available chain lengths. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Please review your selected style and chain length before proceeding.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the charge shown in the final checkout summary. The payment service may require additional verification. A payment attempt does not by itself establish that an order has been accepted.
Order acceptance
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order is accepted when we communicate acceptance to you. If there is a question about product details, pricing or delivery eligibility before acceptance, we will contact you to resolve it. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
Delivery
We ship to the supported U.S. destinations described in our Shipping Policy. Processing and transit estimates are separate and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Standard shipping is free and checkout tax is shown as $0.00.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, return conditions, authorization steps, allocation of shipping costs and refund timing. Damaged, defective and incorrect items are addressed separately from change-of-mind returns.
